Contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to request a return.
Return Conditions
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Tights must be unopened. These ordinary return conditions do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization and the return instructions before sending items. Our return address is 9 Bis Rue Pierre Et Marie Curie, 91320 Wissous, France.
Return Shipping
Parallellab pays return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs can help us assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and any necessary return at our expense. The unopened or unworn requirements for ordinary returns do not exclude these claims.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Contact us if an approved refund has not arrived within this period.
