These terms apply when using the Parallellab store.
Products and Prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Product pages describe the included pieces, material, colors and available sizes. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Review the product information and selected options before submitting a purchase.
Payment Authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout. Payment and order status are determined by the confirmed result of the payment and order processing services.
Order Acceptance
Submitting checkout details or authorizing a payment does not by itself establish that an order has been accepted. An order is accepted when Parallellab confirms acceptance. Contact customer support with questions about an order or payment.
Shipping
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Order cutoff: 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed UTC−06:00 year-round; daylight saving time does not apply. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays start the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests can be made within 30 days of receipt, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds go to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
